Whitney Emanuel has been a financial advisor since 2011. She began at Ameriprise Financial and branched off on her own to start Whitney Wealth Group (WWG) in 2016. She took an even bigger leap at the beginning of 2019 to re-brand and leave the big-box financial world to go completely independent. She holds her CFP® and CRPC®, FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 & multiple state insurance licenses. Whitney works with purpose-driven executives throughout the country that want to align their purpose and values with their money.
Whitney believes money is simply the means to your end: not the focus of your plan. Instead of starting with how much money you have, she starts the client relationship with client core values and how to live those out through your money behavior. Sometimes, the “most sensible” financial strategy is not the one that fulfills your purpose, and Whitney carefully walks through all the options of personal and financial fulfillment. The WWG team does this through heart-centered wealth management and an education-based process. As a single working parent with her own business, she understands what it feels like to balance priorities and does exactly that for her hard-working clients.
Whitney’s core values are faith in Jesus, service, health, family, decisiveness, and joy. She lives in North Minneapolis with her 10-year-old daughter, Zurisadai. Other than being a mom and business owner, Whitney pastors those who are struggling with addiction and are new in their sober and/or faith journey. Whitney and Zuri serve in their faith family that provides for one another’s needs in housing, prayer & mission.
